Hess-on-Sea is a moderately sized town on the southeast coast of the Holy Empire islands. It lies roughly in the same spot as Dover. The town is easily reached via the Pigeon Line from Albioch, leaving from Indigo Station in Wileden. The area’s main trades are fishing and boat building, though at a much smaller scale than Dannofer. The town’s core is near the coast, with housing sprawling westward inland. The area has many mansions and weekend homes for the city’s rich.
