Habitation varies enormously between samplings, results inconclusive.

DR-023.SITE8

SITE8 is located under Crown Army’s Fort Miray, in the Northern Reaches. It was established in 146 H.A. on authority of ███████████████ to study the effects of the miasma. Exploratory use of ███████ SPIKES during the 15 Day War resulted in stable¹ perforations between our world and THE SHROUD. Leakage between the two makes the area impassible without preparation. Besides ███████, SITE8 offers the lowest cost access for experimentation with 0-energy-cost entrance possible through these perforations. The nearby area is volatile so SITE8 operates fully underground. An excavated rail passage runs from under Fort Miray to a depth 0.4–1.1km into the miasma.

DR-023.LOOKING-GLASS

PROJECT LOOKING GLASS is the cost center within DIMENSIONAL RESEARCH responsible for all SHROUD investigations. OPERATIONS members assigned to LOOKING GLASS fall under the direction of group lead ██████ Kagan. It is a priority 2 project, with commensurate staffing and budget envelopes.
