OPSM-93024.MELEZKOV.SPEXMP.A.MUTINY

During Operation TRAUNCH1, Master Sergeant Melezko was assigned to B-Company of the 8th Infantry, under the command of one Major Timur Sahin. The company was ambushed and suffered near-complete losses. Melezko was the sole survivor in his unit. He viewed the losses as directly caused by Major Sahin’s orders2 and sought out to confront and kill his CO. Due to his injuries this attempt failed and he was left for dead when the remnants of B-Company retreated.

OPSM-93024.MELEZKOV.SPEXMP.B.INJURIES-PTSD-LOOMING

Ending his mutinous attempt (see A.MUTINY), Sergeant Melezko lost his right arm to Major Sahin’s steam shotgun employed at close range. He was left in a gully to bleed out. Before expiring, he was found by an Ops team also working in the area3. Captain ████████ determined Melezko’s state to qualify for Project TABBY and the team brought him along during their extraction to SITE█. There, he was remit unto R&D for looming.

For a full report on Melezko’s alterations through Project TABBY, please consult RD-32611.

Doctor ██ ████████ advised that Melezko was left with lingering aggression and other PTSD related issues, and pushed for him to be placed in the conditioning program before returning to field work.
