The FLICKER PROJECTOR is an experimental piece of arcane field equipment designed for the Operations division. It’s design expands on the work of Dr. █████ for near-field simplified multicast bindings¹ using Klenfeld Harmonic Resonance². Coupling of a █████ projector to a ██████ grid allows a very stable short term circuit to be formed at low power.

In laboratory conditions binding cycle time bottomed out at 0.11 seconds (545 BPM) with idealized amplifiers in the target field. Under field testing B.N observed that binding reliability fell below acceptable thresholds at around 0.42 seconds (140 BPM). Operators should note efficacy of multicast bindings necessarily increases with longer cycle times, maxing at 2 seconds with this design³.
